TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 - Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (referred to as "GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers ("The Clients or the Client"), who wish to acquire the products offered for sale ("The Products") by the Seller on the website https://belkapro.com/.

The Products offered for sale on the website are as follows: High-pressure steam cleaners, cleaning accessories and related products.

The main characteristics of the Products, and in particular the specifications, illustrations, and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the website https://belkapro.com/, which the customer is required to consult before ordering. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Client. Product offers are subject to availability.

These GTC are accessible at all times on the website and shall prevail over any other document. The Client declares to have read these GTC and accepted them by ticking the box provided for this purpose before validating the online order.

ARTICLE 2 - Price

The Products are supplied at the current prices listed on the website https://belkapro.com/. Prices are expressed in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Prices do not include shipping, transport and delivery costs, which are billed additionally and calculated prior to placing the order.

ARTICLE 3 – Orders

It is the Client's responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on the website:

  1. The Client chooses a product and adds it to their cart.

  2. They can modify their cart before validating.

  3. They enter their details and choose the delivery method.

  4. Final validation and payment make the order definitive.

The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. Any order constitutes the formation of a distance contract concluded between the Client and the Seller.

ARTICLE 4 - Payment Conditions

The price is payable in full on the day the order is placed, via secure payment methods:

  • Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Other secure payment methods offered on the website

Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment provider (Stripe/PayPal/M-Pesa depending on the region).

ARTICLE 5 - Deliveries

Ordered Products are delivered in metropolitan France, Europe and in serviced international areas. Deliveries generally occur within 10 to 15 working days to the indicated address.

The Client is responsible for checking the condition of the delivered products. They have a period of 3 days from delivery to submit complaints by email (infosbelka@gmail.com), accompanied by supporting documents (photos). After this period, the Products will be deemed compliant.

ARTICLE 6 - Transfer of Ownership

The transfer of ownership of the Products will only occur after full payment of the price by the Client, regardless of the delivery date.

ARTICLE 7 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Return costs remain the responsibility of the Client (except for specific conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy).

ARTICLE 8 - Seller's Responsibility - Warranties

The Products supplied by the Seller benefit, by right and in accordance with legal provisions:

  • From the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

  • From the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Specific Note BELKA PRO: Devices benefit from a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase.

ARTICLE 9 - Personal Data

The Client is informed that the collection of their personal data is necessary for the sale and delivery of the Products. The collected data (name, first name, address, email, telephone) are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Client has a right of access and rectification by writing to infosbelka@belkapro.com

ARTICLE 10 - Intellectual Property

The content of the website https://belkapro.com/ is the property of the Seller and its partners. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 11 - Applicable Law

These GTC and the operations arising therefrom are governed by French law (or the law of the consumer's country of residence in the EU).

The Client is informed that they can resort to conventional mediation or to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
