BELKA PRO Frequently Asked Questions

I've changed my mind about my order, what should I do? If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible, specifying your order number. Any modification must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase to be processed before logistics.

How can I contact customer service? Our team is available by e-mail at contact@belkapro.com, or via our contact form available on the website.

Can I modify my order after receiving the shipping confirmation email? Unfortunately, no. Once your order has left our warehouses, it is final and cannot be modified. However, you can return it upon receipt of the package.

How do I track my package? As soon as your order is shipped (usually within 48 hours), you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can then track your package directly in the "Track my order" section on our website.

How long does delivery take? For mainland France, our standard delivery times are 5 to 10 working days. For international deliveries, please consult our dedicated "Deliveries and Shipping" page.

Is delivery free? Yes, standard delivery in mainland France is completely free by BELKA PRO, with no minimum purchase.

I'm not satisfied with the product I received, can I get a refund? Your satisfaction is our priority. All BELKA PRO® products come with a 30-day "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us to arrange a return and get a full refund. Consult our Returns and Refund Conditions for more details.

What payment methods are available? We accept secure payments by credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as via PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
