BELKA PRO Warranty Information

Two-Year Limited Warranty Updated: January 2024

Your BELKA PRO appliances are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, under normal household use by the original purchaser only.

Support Terms

If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered within two years, BELKA PRO agrees to repair or replace the defective part. To initiate a claim:

  • Contact our customer service by email at: infos@belkapro.com

  • Technical support: An agent will perform a remote diagnosis to attempt to resolve minor issues.

  • Return: If the problem persists, a return authorization will be issued. Proof of purchase is mandatory and must accompany the product. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limitations of Liability

  • BELKA PRO's liability is exclusively limited to the cost of replacement parts or the complete replacement of the unit, at our discretion. Labor costs are not included.

  • This warranty is strictly reserved for the original purchaser and excludes all other statutory or conventional warranties.

  • BELKA PRO shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Important Note

Failure to register your product does not affect your warranty rights, as long as you have valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
